Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency preferred but not required.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Human Resources.
• 3+ years working with HRIS systems, preferably Paylocity.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance.
• Develop and support strategic recruitment initiatives.
• Represent ESL’s brand at recruiting events.
• Partner with department leaders to identify talent needs.
• Administer employee benefits and handle full cycle of leave administration.
• Guide new hires through the orientation process.
• Assist with employee relations and manage workflows.
