Job summary

Stark Tech is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join our HR team in Canton, MA. This hands-on role supports employees and leaders across our New England operations, covers onboarding, offboarding, benefits, leaves, and HR programs.

You’ll partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, Payroll and business leaders, manage employee records, and help drive a positive employee experience while staying current on employment laws and evolving HR technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of HR experience across the employee lifecycle.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
• Experience with HRIS platforms; reporting is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an HR resource for employees and leaders across New England.
• Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and offboarding activities.
• Administer benefits, enrollments, documentation, and HRIS tasks.
• Coordinate leaves of absence per regulations.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers on interviews and decisions.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Promote HR programs, policies, and employee recognition.
• Assist HR leadership on investigations, training, and initiatives.
• Stay current on HR regulations and evolving technology.
• Participate in HR projects supporting Stark Tech’s growth.
