Staffing Network LLC in New York seeks an experienced Human Resources Generalist to support employees and leaders across locations, delivering HR programs, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, reporting, and HR operations in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll be the first point of contact for HR questions, coach on performance and conduct, manage benefits enrollments and leaves, maintain HRIS data with Paycom or similar, generate workforce reports, and partner with leadership

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of progressive HR experience in Generalist or similar role.
• Experience using an HRIS platform.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related questions.
• Support employee relations through coaching, documentation, follow-up, and resolution.
• Partner with leaders on performance and behavioral concerns with compliance in mind.
• Conduct stay and exit interviews; identify trends to improve retention.
• Lead new hire benefits orientations and assist with benefit questions.
