Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruiting efforts for experienced hires, interns, and students, including campus events, interviews, candidate communications, background checks, and onboarding preparation.
• Partner with Marketing to support employer branding and recruitment initiatives.
• Manage the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding experience, ensuring all employment documentation, system updates, and compliance requirements are completed accurately.
• Conduct new-hire check-ins and exit interviews, identifying trends and escalating concerns as appropriate.
• Administer performance review processes, competency assessments, employee recognition programs, and talent development initiatives.
• Support workforce planning, intern coordination, and employee engagement efforts.
• Coordinate training programs, professional development activities, continuing education tracking, and firmwide learning initiatives in partnership with the Learning & Development Specialist.
• Serve as a trusted resource for employees and leaders by providing guidance on HR policies, benefits, employee programs, and workplace concerns.
• Support employee relations matters, investigations, documentation, compliance activities, and HR communications while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
