Milwaukee Tool is seeking an HR Generalist to partner with employees and managers to deliver a positive experience. Under the Talent Business Partner, you will support talent initiatives, employee relations, engagement efforts, and Talent cycle processes while building foundational business and Talent expertise.

You'll help implement programs, gather feedback, maintain records, and respond to inquiries. This role requires 1-3 years of HR experience and strong communication in a fast-changing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR or related field.
• 1-3 years of HR or Talent Operations experience.
• Experience supporting employee programs, performance management, or HR processes.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Support employee experience programs including engagement surveys and stay interviews.
• Gather and organize Talent data to identify themes and opportunities for improvement.
• Assist Talent partners in engagement and development initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and data accuracy.
• Build effective relationships with employees, managers, and cross-functional partners.
