Milwaukee Tool is hiring an HR Generalist who partners with employees and managers to deliver a positive experience. Under the Talent Business Partner, you'll support Talent initiatives, employee relations, engagement efforts, and Talent cycle processes while building business and Talent expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 1-3 years in HR, Talent Operations or related role.
• Experience supporting employee programs and HR processes.
• Confidentiality and sound judgment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to build positive relationships with staff and partners.
• Strong problem-solving and adaptability.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Support employee experience programs including engagement surveys and stay interviews.
• Gather and organize Talent data to identify themes and opportunities for improvement.
• Support leaders and Talent partners in executing engagement and development initiatives.
• Help foster an inclusive and supportive work environment where employees feel comfortable raising questions and concerns.
• Coordinate communications, documentation, and follow-up for Talent programs.
