Job summary

Travel to manufacturing and distribution sites is required; a continuous improvement mindset and strong analytics are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 1 year of progressive business experience or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Organizational Development, or related field.
• HR Generalist experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with able to interpret data.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment.
• Continuous improvement mindset with ownership and urgency.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to forecast, identify, and implement proactive talent solutions.
• Support organizational design and workforce planning aligned with business priorities.
• Influence leaders through organizational change, talent decisions, and team development.
• Use workforce analytics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities and provide recommendations.
• Collaborate with COEs to develop talent plans and cross-functional projects.
• Support Talent programs, policies, and process improvements.
