HD Supply provides HR leadership at our Burlington facility, seeking an HR Generalist to support staffing, compensation, benefits, learning, associate relations, and performance management. Ensure consistent application of HR policies and act as liaison to other departments and functional experts.

We are looking for a self-motivated, collaborative HR professional with strong communication skills who can influence leadership, uphold policies, and engage effectively in a customer-facing

Qualifications

• 3+ years HR Generalist experience in supply chain, manufacturing, or distribution environments
• Strong background in employee relations, workplace investigations, and employee engagement
• Proficiency in MS Suite, Workday and UKG WFM

Responsibilities

• Administer core human resources programs including staffing, associate relations, compensation, benefits, performance management, and learning
• Develop and recommend solutions to a variety of human resources issues
• Consult with management on the interpretation and administration of human resources policies, programs, and procedures
• Work with managers and associates to investigate and resolve associate relations issues
• Conduct staffing support including sourcing, interviewing candidates, and conducting reference checks
