HD Supply seeks an HR Generalist to support a fast-paced Burlington facility, partnering with associates and leaders. The role includes staffing, compensation, benefits, learning, associate relations, and performance management with policies applied consistently.

The position requires 3+ years in HR Generalist roles within supply chain environments, strong employee relations skills, and proficiency with MS Office, Workday, and UKG WFM. Occasional travel is possible as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years HR Generalist experience within Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Distribution environments.
• Strong background in employee relations, workplace investigations, and employee engagement.
• Proficiency in MS Suite, Workday and UKG WFM.

Responsibilities

• Administer core human resources programs including staffing, associate relations, compensation, benefits, performance management, and learning.
• Develop and recommend solutions to a variety of human resources issues.
• Consult with management on the interpretation and administration of human resources policies, programs, and procedures.
• Works with managers and associates to investigate and resolve associate relations issues.
• Conducts staffing support including sourcing, interviewing candidates, and conducting reference checks.
