Job summary

HD Supply is seeking an HR Generalist to support a fast-paced, complex operation at our Denver facility. The role partners closely with associates and leaders to manage staffing, compensation, benefits, learning, and performance management while ensuring consistent HR policy application.

Key qualifications include 3+ years in HR Generalist roles within supply chain or manufacturing environments, strong employee relations experience, and proficiency with MS Office, Workday, and UKG WFM.

Qualifications

• 3+ years HR Generalist experience within Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Distribution environments.
• Strong background in employee relations, workplace investigations, and employee engagement.
• Proficiency in MS Suite, Workday and UKG WFM.
• Must be willing to work a later shift (M-F 10AM-7PM).

Responsibilities

• Provide HR support and counsel to a business/functional line including staffing, compensation, benefits, learning, associate relations, and performance management.
• Ensure consistent application of HR policies/procedures.
• Act as liaison to other departments and functional experts.
• Administer core human resources programs including staffing, associate relations, compensation, benefits, performance management, and learning.
• Develop and recommend solutions to a variety of human resources issues.
• Consult with management on interpretation and administration of HR policies, programs, and procedures.
• Work with managers and associates to investigate and resolve associate relations issues.
• Conduct staffing support including sourcing, interviewing candidates, and conducting reference checks.
