HD Supply is seeking an HR Generalist to provide comprehensive HR support at the Burlington facility, partnering with associates and leaders to manage staffing, compensation, benefits, learning, and performance management. Ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures while liaising with other departments.

The role emphasizes associate relations, workforce investigations, and engagement, with responsibilities spanning staffing, policy interpretation, and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years HR Generalist experience in supply chain, manufacturing, or distribution.
• Strong background in employee relations and workplace investigations.
• Proficient in MS Office, Workday and UKG WFM.
• Self-motivated, collaborative HR professional with strong communication and leadership influence.

Responsibilities

• Administer core human resources programs including staffing, associate relations, compensation, benefits, performance management, and learning.
• Develop and recommend solutions to a variety of human resources issues.
• Consult with management on interpretation and administration of HR policies, programs, and procedures.
• Work with managers and associates to investigate and resolve associate relations issues.
• Conduct staffing support including sourcing, interviewing candidates, and conducting reference checks.
