Job summary

UPMC Northwest is seeking an HR Generalist to support employee inquiries, run licensure and compliance reports, and assist with new hire orientation. This regular full-time role operates 8:00am-4:30pm, Monday through Friday, with potential flexibility after initial training.

The HR Generalist will partner with leaders to provide practical, customer-focused guidance, use HR metrics to drive initiatives, and promote inclusion and cultural improvements across the organization.

Qualifications

• Respond to employee inquiries with clarity and professionalism.
• Experience with HR reports such as licensure and compliance reporting.
• Support with new hire orientation processes.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR consulting by partnering with business and HR leaders on employee relations and policy improvements.
