First Coast Security Services (FCS) is seeking a hands-on HR Generalist to support operations across multiple states. The role serves as the main liaison between employees and HR, handling onboarding, investigations, policy implementation, and compliance with federal, state, and client requirements.

You will partner with account managers and operations staff to address staffing needs, administer background checks and screenings, and lead HR initiatives during client transitions.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 3–5 years of HR, office management, or related experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Working knowledge of employment law and HR compliance standards.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain.

Mansioni

• Serve as primary contact for employee HR inquiries and escalate issues.
• Administer background checks, DMV reviews, drug tests, and employment eligibility verification per client contracts and policy.
• Conduct workplace investigations and document findings; participate in disciplinary meetings and terminations as needed.
• Partner with managers to identify staffing needs and support recruiting, onboarding, and new hire orientation.
• Monitor and audit compliance with required training programs (safety, anti-harassment, continuing education).
• Conduct regular audits of personnel files to ensure accuracy and compliance with state, federal, and client standards.
• Collaborate with client partners to meet contractual HR requirements, including post-transition reviews.
• Lead HR implementation for new client accounts and contract takeovers.
• Support development and rollout of company policies.
