Job summary

RiVidium Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to independently manage employee-facing HR matters across employee relations, leave and accommodation administration, compliance, onboarding and offboarding, and employee engagement.

This role supports a government contracting environment and requires sound judgment, discretion with confidential information, and strong documentation skills. The ideal candidate is highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of handling sensitive matters with

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience independently processing ADA accommodations and FMLA claims.
• 3–5 years of experience conducting and documenting employee relations investigations with interviewing and findings.
• 3–5 years of experience supporting EEOC charges or similar claims.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and HR compliance.
• Ability to handle sensitive confidential information and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Independently conduct and document employee relations investigations, including interviews, evidence review, and recommended next steps.
• Maintain confidential investigation records and prepare fact-based summaries and documentation.
• Partner with management to address performance management, corrective action, and separations.
• Provide guidance to managers and employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
• Identify employee relations trends and mitigate risk to improve the experience.
• Process and administer FMLA leave requests, including eligibility, notices, certifications, and return-to-work.
