Omni Family Health is seeking an HR Generalist in Fresno, CA to administer the leave program and assist in broad HR duties including benefits, relations, onboarding, and compliance. The role supports absence management, policy implementation, recruitment, and performance processes under the DHR.

The ideal candidate has HR experience, a relevant degree, and knowledge of state/federal leave laws; bilingual is a plus. This is a full-time, on-site position coordinating with CHRO and DHR.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with HR training or BA/BS in business preferred.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred but not required.
• 3+ years HR generalist/administrative experience in a healthcare setting.

Responsabilités

• Administer leave programs (FMLA/CFRA/CA PDL) and workers’ comp.
• Process case management and HIPAA-compliant documentation.
• Coordinate return-to-work and track hours used for staff.
• Generate leave/workers’ comp reports and metrics.
• Assist with policies, handbook updates, and staff onboarding.
• Support recruitment, employee relations, and performance processes.
