Job summary

Acacia Network is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations within a collaborative team. You will help align HR initiatives with business strategies and promote a high-performance environment across the organization.

The role focuses on requisition processing, pre-onboarding, background checks, HRIS management, and regulatory compliance, with strong collaboration across departments to ensure an efficient HR function.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in Human Resources.
• Knowledge of HR functions: recruiting, benefits, employee relations, and compensation.
• Familiarity with medical/dental/life insurance enrollment.
• Knowledge of federal, state and local labor laws.
• Strong judgment, discretion and confidentiality.
• Proficiency with MS Office and ADP Workforce Now.

Responsibilities

• Lead employee requisition process updates and postings.
• Oversee pre-onboarding, background checks and document flow.
• Manage Justice Center processes and SCR/invoice reviews.
• Maintain HRIS integrity and liaise with Payroll on changes.
• Provide HR training and weekly reports.
• Ensure regulatory compliance in HR activities.
