RKL Virtual Management Solutions LLC is seeking an experienced HR professional to support client projects with outsourced HR services, including policy development, recruitment, compensation, employee relations, and HRIS implementation.

You will collaborate with client leadership to design and deliver training programs, perform job analysis and postings, and help ensure legal compliance while promoting a positive work environment.

Qualificações

• Broad knowledge of HR functions including talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, and performance management.
• Strong verbal and written communication to interface with clients and leaders.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills for multiple projects.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Work in a stationary position using a computer for extended periods.
• Travel to client meetings or on-site trainings as needed.
• Collaborate with leadership and teams to implement HR initiatives.
• Support client recruitment processes, including job postings and screening.
