Best in Recruiting is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the full HR function in Export, PA. This on-site role supports a growing organization and a 40-hour workweek.

You will shape the employee experience from day one, drive culture, strengthen compliance, and own compensation programs, recruitment, onboarding, and development initiatives. Partner with leadership to deliver practical, scalable people programs.

Formación

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Deep knowledge of employee relations, safety, training, and legal compliance.
• One of the following education/experience paths: bachelor’s degree + 5 years HR, master’s +3 years HR, 9 years HR with no degree, or equivalent experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and continuously improve HR policies and procedures across the organization.
• Own compensation programs, job descriptions, and performance evaluation systems.
• Drive recruiting, onboarding, employee development, and retention strategies.
• Administer benefits programs, manage claims, and support cost-effective coverage.
• Oversee compliance programs, including EEO and affirmative action reporting.
• Partner with employees and managers on employee relations and policy guidance.
• Maintain accurate HR records and participate in leadership meetings and improvement initiatives.
• Train managers and supervisors on HR best practices and legal compliance.
• Evaluate and implement HRIS.
• Perform other related duties as needed.

Position: HR Manager Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 + bonus if company goals are met for the year

Schedule: Monday - Friday (8:00am - 5:00pm)

Location: Export, PA

In this hands‑on HR leadership role, you’ll drive culture, strengthen compliance, and build people programs that support a growing organization—working closely with leadership and serving as a trusted resource across the company.

Overview: Our Client is seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager to lead the full HR function. This is a direct‑hire, on‑site position in Export, PA (15632) supporting a 40‑hour workweek.

Key Responsibilities (What you’ll do)

• Lead and continuously improve HR policies and procedures across the organization
• Own compensation programs, job descriptions, and performance evaluation systems
• Drive recruiting, onboarding, employee development, and retention strategies
• Administer benefits programs, manage claims, and support cost‑effective coverage
• Oversee compliance programs, including EEO and affirmative action reporting
• Partner with employees and managers on employee relations and policy guidance
• Maintain accurate HR records and participate in leadership meetings and improvement initiatives
• Train managers and supervisors on HR best practices and legal compliance
• Evaluate and implement HR information systems (HRIS)
• Perform other related duties as needed

Must-Have Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Deep knowledge of employee relations, safety, training, and legal compliance
• One of the following experience/education paths:
• - Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of HR experience,
• - Master’s degree in HR and 3 years of HR experience,
• - 9 years of HR experience with no degree,
• - A comparable combination of education and experience

Nice-to-Have

• SPHR certification
• HRIS experience

Compensation & Benefits

Target compensation: $100,000–$130,000 (annual)

Healthcare: Client covers the full cost of health insurance premiums for all employees (including managers) and funds an HRA that covers most of the deductible.

Important note for managers: You will have to contributed the first $200-$300 toward your yearly deductible, then the client takes over for you, and/or your family.
