This hands-on role covers recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, HR operations, and collaboration with leadership. The ideal candidate will build scalable HR processes in a small team and work independently.

The position offers a base salary of $70,000–$85,000 plus bonus and employee benefits, with potential for growth as the company expands.

Qualifications

• Approximately 3–10 years of progressive HR experience.
• Hands-on experience with recruiting, onboarding, and benefits administration.
• Experience in financial services or related industry preferred.
• Familiarity with HR systems and payroll processes.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers.
• Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and new-hire documentation.
• Coordinate employee benefits programs and annual open enrollment.
• Support HR policies, payroll changes, and HR systems.
• Develop and improve HR processes and workflows to scale with growth.
