Six Degrees Search partners with a growing financial services firm in Wheaton, IL to identify an HR Generalist focused on benefits, recruiting, and day-to-day HR operations. This hands-on role requires initiative and the ability to work independently in a small team.

You will manage full-cycle recruiting, coordinate benefits programs, support payroll processes, and help develop scalable HR policies as the organization grows.

Formación

• Approx. 3–10 years of progressive HR experience.
• Hands-on experience with recruiting, onboarding, and benefits administration.
• Experience in financial services or related industry preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full-cycle recruiting, including postings, sourcing, interviewing, and offers.
• Coordinate benefits programs including medical, dental, vision, retirement, and open enrollment.
• Support payroll administration and HR compliance.
• Develop and improve HR policies, workflows, and internal processes.
• Assist with office operations and vendor relationships.
