Qualifications

• 3–10 years of progressive HR experience, flexible for the right mix of skills.
• Hands-on recruiting, onboarding, and benefits administration experience.
• Experience or exposure within financial services or related industries preferred.
• Familiarity with HR systems, payroll processes, and compliance.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple responsibilities.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting, postings, sourcing, interviewing, and offers.
• Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and new-hire documentation.
• Oversee employee benefits programs and open enrollment.
• Support payroll administration and HR policy development.
• Improve HR processes and scalable practices for growth.
• Assist with office operations and vendor relationships.
