Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in onboarding, payroll coordination, and HR operations.
• Experience in financial services is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and offer coordination.
• Coordinate new-hire onboarding, orientation, and employee documentation.
• Coordinate employee benefits programs and annual open enrollment.
• Maintain HR records and assist with compliance and employee relations.
• Develop and improve HR policies, workflows, and scalable processes.
