Longview Capital Corporation is seeking an HR Generalist to own benefits administration and HR operations across locations in Springfield, St. Joseph, or Braidwood, IL. This full-time, non-exempt role collaborates with HR on benefits, 401(k), compliance, and payroll tasks.

The position emphasizes accuracy in benefits processing, invoicing, and data integrity in HRIS, with a 40-hour workweek and up to 25% travel for open enrollment and related activities.

Qualifications

• Experience administering employee benefits, including reconciliation and invoice review.
• Experience with payroll deductions and HR-related financial data.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Proficient with Excel, spreadsheets, reports, and numbers.
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Administer employee benefit programs, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability and other benefits.
• Coordinate annual open enrollment and assist with communications and enrollment activities.
• Reconcile benefit enrollment records, payroll deductions, employer contributions, and benefit invoices.
• Review and pay benefit invoices, resolve discrepancies with carriers and employees.
• Assist with 401(k) plan administration and payroll-related questions.
• Maintain HR compliance tracking, records, and HRIS data, and serve as payroll backup.
