Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or higher required; relevant HR coursework welcomed.
• At least two years of professional HR experience in recruitment, engagement, planning, policy, HRIS, and data systems.
• Knowledge of HR functions and compliant processes; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in resolving employee relations issues, conflicts, and performance concerns.
• Track employee complaints and ensure timely responses.
• Collaborate with HR leadership to align relations with culture and values.
• Maintain accurate HR records in the HRIS and ensure policy compliance.
• Organize and promote employee engagement, wellness, and surveys.
• Communicate HR updates and policy changes clearly to staff.
• Contribute to HR projects, process improvements, and workforce development.
• Provide administrative support: meetings, HR documents, communications.
• Ensure confidentiality and data privacy of sensitive information.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding: benefits enrollment, orientation, exit interviews.
• Serve as initial contact for benefits, policies, and HR inquiries.
• Administer benefits programs, support leaves, and assist payroll processing.
• Review timekeeping, resolve payroll inquiries, and support compensation alignment.
• Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned.
