Boys & Girls Clubs of America seeks an experienced Human Resources Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations under the Director of Human Resources. The role covers benefits administration, leave management, payroll support, policy implementation, employee relations, performance management, CAPs/PIPs, staff engagement, and training programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
• SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent Human Resources certification preferred.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.

Responsabilités

• Support implementation of HR strategies and initiatives developed by the Director of Human Resources.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for employee and manager HR inquiries.
• Provide guidance on employee relations matters and elevate complex issues as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, and HRIS data.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Assist with HR reporting, audits, and recordkeeping requirements.
• Administer the organization-wide employee evaluation process and ensure timely reviews.
• Coordinate payroll processing and assist with payroll audits and discrepancy resolution.
• Assist in drafting, updating, and communicating HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate employee engagement, recognition, and appreciation initiatives.
• Support DEIB initiatives and trauma-informed workplace practices.
