AmeriServ Financial Inc. is seeking an HR Benefits Administrator in Johnstown, PA. You will manage benefits, FMLA, ADA, Workers’ Comp, and retirement plans for both union and non-union employees, and support payroll and HR programs.

Responsibilities include open enrollment processing, benefit invoicing, COBRA administration, regulatory reporting, and advisory support to managers on leaves and accommodations, with a focus on compliance and accuracy.

Qualificações

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related field is required, with a HR course concentration.
• One year of experience in Benefits Administration required; alternatively five years with a high school/associate degree.
• Excellent computer skills and proficiency in HRIS, Word, Excel, and Access are expected.

Responsabilidades

• Manage benefits records for employees and retirees; send annual benefit change notices.
• Process benefits during Open Enrollment and coordinate with vendors.
• Coordinate employee life events for benefits enrollment.
• Process monthly invoices for medical, dental, vision, and life insurance; COBRA records.
• Administer the COBRA process with the third-party administrator.
