Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• HR Administration: support new-hire orientation, immigration processes, and accurate records.
• HR Data Analytics: prepare HR reports, dashboards, and workforce metrics.
• HR Operations & Employee Relations: assist HRBPs during high-volume periods and handle day-to-day concerns.
• HR Engagement & Culture: coordinate engagement activities, training sessions, and messaging.
