Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise Talent Strategy reporting, dashboards, analytics, and workforce metrics.
• Establish meaningful measures for Talent Strategy programs and initiatives.
• Analyze workforce trends related to movement, retention, pipelines, succession, skills, and workforce demand.
• Build tools that help leaders understand talent trends and workforce opportunities.
• Collaborate with HR Systems, IT, Payroll, Finance to improve data access and reliability.
• Evaluate data quality and optimize reporting processes and systems.
• Support forecasting and workforce planning through data modeling and scenario analysis.
• Identify opportunities to automate recurring reporting and improve efficiency through technology.
• Translate findings into clear insights, recommendations, and visualizations for leaders.
• Research emerging analytics capabilities and tools to strengthen Talent Strategy.
