Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a HR Generalist in Washington, D.C. on a temporary to permanent basis.

You will partner with managers to support employee relations, benefits, performance management and HR operations, while maintaining records in ADP Workforce Now. The role requires strong communication skills, a solid background in benefits and compliance, and the ability to handle sensitive employee matters.

About The Job

• Serve as a trusted HR partner, supporting employee relations, benefits, performance management, compliance, and HR operations
• Advise managers and employees on workplace issues, policies, and performance-related matters
• Manage benefits administration, leave programs, onboarding/offboarding, and recruiting support
• Maintain HR records in ADP Workforce Now and assist with HR projects, audits, and process improvements

About You

• 5+ years of HR Generalist experience
• Strong background in employee relations, benefits, compliance, leave administration, and HR operations
• ADP Workforce Now experience required
• Experience supporting managers and handling sensitive employee matters
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree preferred

About This Position

• Start Date: October 13, 2026
• Temp-to-Hire
• $30-$40/hr
• Conversion Salary: $75K-$90K DOE
• Hybrid schedule: Remote Monday & Friday | Onsite Tuesday-Thursday
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
