Base pay range

$48.00/hr - $58.00/hr

About the Job

• Provide hands‑on consulting and develop customized strategies tailored to the needs of the client group.
• Facilitate effective people and organizational management practices and drive the delivery of people strategy projects.
• Gather feedback, analyze data, and present findings via multiple formats.
• Develop tailored training programs and ensure HR data/reporting is effective.
• Support organizational objectives and priorities through additional tasks.

About You

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree is highly desired.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience with proven success determining strategies required.
• Superior judgement and strong confidentiality skills with the ability to proactively manage employment risks.
• Experience with HRIS systems and strong proficiency in MS Suite are required.
• $48/hr-$58/hr, depending on experience.
• Temporary for 6 months.
• Starting ASAP!
• 3‑4 days/week on‑site in Washington, DC.
