Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field is required.
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience in manufacturing or fast-paced environments.
• Experience with workplace investigations and leadership coaching.

Responsabilidades

• Drive employee engagement, retention, and a positive workplace culture.
• Lead full-cycle recruiting and onboarding processes.
• Support employee relations activities, investigations, and performance management.
• Assist leaders with coaching, corrective actions, and development initiatives.
• Administer HR processes including compensation, benefits, leave, and reporting.
• Maintain compliance with employment laws and company policies.
