Job summary

TPI Composites is seeking an HR Generalist to support our 2nd Shift operations in Newton, Iowa. This role partners with leaders and associates to handle employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, performance management, engagement, investigations, and leadership coaching.

The successful candidate will build relationships on the production floor, address complex people matters, and influence decisions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive HR experience, including manufacturing or fast-paced operational environments.
• Experience in employee relations, workplace investigations, and performance management.
• Ability to influence leaders and build relationships across all levels.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to drive engagement, retention, and positive culture.
• Serve as a trusted HR resource on programs, policies, and workplace matters.
• Lead full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires.
• Support employee relations activities and investigations.
• Coach leaders on corrective actions and development initiatives.
• Administer compensation, benefits, and leave programs.
• Maintain HR compliance and reporting.
