Job summary

TPI Composites, Inc is seeking a strong Human Resources Generalist to support 2nd Shift operations in Newton, IA. This hands-on role partners with leaders and associates across all HR functions including employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, performance management, engagement and investigations.

The ideal candidate will build relationships on the production floor, coach leaders through complex people matters, and drive a positive employee experience in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, or related field.
• 3+ years of progressive HR experience in manufacturing/fast-paced environments.
• Experience in employee relations, investigations, performance management, and coaching.

Responsibilities

• Drive employee engagement, retention, and positive workplace culture.
• Serve as a trusted resource on HR programs, policies, and workplace matters.
• Lead full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
• Coordinate onboarding/orientation for new hires to ensure a strong start.
• Support employee relations activities, investigations, and performance management.
