Job summary

MITER Brands is seeking a Human Resources Generalist for the 2nd shift in Prescott Valley, AZ. The role partners with operations to support employee relations, onboarding, benefits, training, and compliance in a manufacturing setting.

Reporting to the Senior HR Manager, you will support safety initiatives, workers’ compensation, and injury prevention, ensuring a positive, productive, and inclusive workplace. Strong communication and confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business or related field is preferred.
• Minimum four years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• PHR/SPhR certification is preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish skills strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support HR programs including employee relations, onboarding, benefits and compliance.
• Partner with supervisors on employee relations, performance management and training.
• Administer benefits programs and retirement education.
• Coordinate engagement initiatives and recognition programs.
• Maintain HR records and generate reports.
