3Z Brands is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our Glendale, Arizona manufacturing facility on the second shift. This onsite role supports daily HR operations and collaborates to reinforce our culture and policies.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of HR experience, payroll knowledge (ADP a plus), and strong communication to partner with teams on strategic initiatives in a fast-growing company.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of human resources experience in a manufacturing or similar setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration.
• Experience coordinating onboarding, payroll, and HR administration.

• Ensuring compliance of all current policies and procedures with all HR laws.
• Building and fostering a culture in support of Care, Commitment & Curiosity.
• Oversee hiring and onboarding processes for all company employees.
• Manage onboarding plans and educate new hires on HR policies and procedures.
• Schedule employee training and ongoing development opportunities.
• Generate official internal documents such as offer letters and communications.
• Maintain electronic files for employee records, benefits, and attendance.
• Execute employee engagement plans within budget.
• Support the biannual performance review process.
• Address employee concerns collaboratively with the HR team.
• Review feedback and adjust HR programs to improve culture and growth.
• Act as a liaison to the company DEI Committee.

Job Summary

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Generalist that is passionate about care for people to join our manufacturing facility in Glendale, Arizona during our second shift.

This is an On Site role, you would be responsible for completing HR work in support of the daily operations of the business. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who is collaborative and appreciative of the importance of company culture in support of our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will support the Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives, maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring compliance of all current policies and procedures with all HR laws
• Building and fostering a culture in support of our company values; Care, Commitment & Curiosity
• Working with the team to oversee the hiring and onboarding processes for all company employees
• Managing onboarding plans and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, the business, internal procedures, and regulations
• Scheduling employee training and continued learning
• Generating official internal documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, and employee communications
• Maintaining electronic files for employee documents, benefits, and attendance records
• Executing employee engagement plans and initiating activities within budget
• Supporting the bi annual review process
• Addressing employee concerns collaboratively with the entire HR team
• Review employee feedback, strategize about HR programs to benefit workplace culture and enable growth
• Acting as a key liaison to our DEI Committee

Requirements

• 3+ years of human resources professional experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of HR administrative tasks and responsibilities including payroll (ADP knowledge a plus!)
• Advanced computer skills, including data entry, data processing, communication tools and payroll and human resources software
• Problem-solving skills and resourceful thinking
• Leadership and coaching skills
• Strong empathy and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
