Job summary

CHT USA Inc. is seeking an HR Generalist to support workforce planning, recruitment, benefits, payroll accuracy, onboarding, and performance reviews. This role requires a bachelor’s in HR or related field and 3+ years of HR experience in manufacturing. SHRM-CP is a plus, with familiarity in ADP WFN, Workday, and MS Office 365.

Demonstrate strong integrity and collaboration while ensuring compliance and accurate HR records. This position offers growth opportunities within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of HR experience in manufacturing.
• SHRM-CP certification is a plus.
• Familiarity with ADP WFN and Workday preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and HRIS tools.

• Oversee attendance, leave tracking, and injury reporting.
