Job summary

American Greetings is seeking an HR Generalist to assist with the daily operations of the Human Resources Department. The role supports employee relations, training and development, compensation, policy development, benefits administration and HRIS among other HR functions.

You will manage staffing and onboarding for the facility and interact daily with employees and managers to support a positive work environment.

Experience Required

Preferred Length & Type of Experience:

• 1 to 4 years experience as HR generalist or related managerial experience.

Education Required

Required Education:

• BS degree in Human Resources or related field of study.
• Credentialing as PHR / SPHR preferred.
