Mesa Systems is seeking an HR Generalist to serve as a trusted resource for employees and leaders in Utah, guiding employee relations, investigations, accommodations, leave administration, benefits, and talent acquisition. The role partners with managers to address workplace concerns and promote engagement and respect.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s in HR or related field and 3–5+ years of HR experience, including recruitment, benefits, and compliance with employment laws.

This role is responsible for fostering a positive employee experience while ensuring compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices. The HR Generalist partners closely with managers to address workplace concerns, resolve employee issues, support organizational objectives, and promote a culture of engagement, accountability, and respect.
