Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company. Maintain and update employee records, including personnel files, benefits information, and performance evaluations. Coordinate employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks. Facilitate employee relations, addressing concerns and conflicts in a fair and impartial manner. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, in collaboration with the HR team. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in a human resources role, preferably in a similar industry. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, laws, and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with employees at all levels. Proficiency in HR software and databases, such as Workday, BambooHR, or similar platforms. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
