Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group seeks an HR professional to support its Therapy department through employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance across facilities. You will source candidates, coordinate interviews, and build long-term recruitment strategies and talent pipelines for current and future needs.

The role requires travel up to 20% and a Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field, with at least five years of HR generalist experience in a distributed workforce

Position Summary

This highly visible role within the Therapy department will be primarily responsible for providing HR support to our facilities in the areas of employee relations, performance management, training and development, regulatory compliance, reward and recognition, and retention. You will also be responsible for sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures, hosting or participating in career events, developing long-term recruiting strategies, and creating strong talent pipelines for the assigned community’s and company’s current and future hiring needs.

Education/Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of Five (5) year experience providing general HR support in a corporate human resources department with responsibility for employee relations, performance management, compensation, and employee recognition programs in a highly distributed workforce environment.
• Must be open to travel 20% of the time.
• Demonstrate proficiency in HRIS technology with advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Outlook required and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook required.
