Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group is seeking a skilled HR Generalist to support facilities in employee relations, performance management, training, and regulatory compliance. Travel up to 20% will be required across a broad, distributed workforce in the U.S.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and at least five years in corporate HR with compensation, recognition programs, and employee relations responsibilities. Proficiency with HRIS and MS Office is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• Five or more years of general HR support in a corporate HR department with responsibilities in employee relations, performance management, compensation, and employee recognition in a distributed workforce.
• Must be open to travel 20% of the time.
• Proficiency in HRIS with advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Outlook.

Position Summary:

This highly visible role will be primarily responsible for providing HR support to our facilities in the areas of employee relations, performance management, training and development, regulatory compliance, reward and recognition, and retention.

Education/Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of Five (5) year experience providing general HR support in a corporate human resources department with responsibility for employee relations, performance management, compensation, and employee recognition programs in a highly distributed workforce environment.
• Must be open to travel 20% of the time.
• Demonstrate proficiency in HRIS technology with advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Outlook required and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook required.
