We are currently seeking an organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist with minimum three years human resources experience.
Responsibilities
Conducts orientation meetings to explain benefits to new hires.
Handle and enter all status changes into HRIS and advises payroll administrator.
Responsible for implementation of all benefit programs.
Leads Safety Committee.
Responsible for entering personnel information into the HRIS system and filing of information
Process forms relating to employee group insurance, workers compensation, unemployment insurance, COBRA notification and company equipment, as well as all new hire paperwork.
Enters and processes termination paperwork in HRIS system.
Notifies proper departments of terminations.
Produce HRIS reports as needed.
Maintain and post all company Org Charts.
Liaison to Payroll.
Qualifications
High school graduate plus Human Resource training
Minimum three (3) years in an H.R. function/ or College Degree in Human Resources related field
Ability to deal effectively with staff, applicants for employment, and the public
Flexible, organized, detail oriented
