• Assist with offboarding and maintain earnings/deduction codes.
• Notify managers of upcoming performance reviews; input pay raises as needed.
• Assist with employment verifications and union communications.
• Provide HR-related legal advice.

Your primary responsibilities include:

• Operate as the primary contact for the HR function


• Manage onboarding


• Maintain multiple offer letter templates (Field, Sales, Office, etc.)


• Utilize automated workflow in Paylocity (Onboarding & Recruiting Modules)


• Manage Job Postings


• Run background and MVR checks via Paylocity (Recruiting module)


• Phone management


• Coordinate uniform ordering


• Order gas card


• Setup company phone


• Setup access card


• Upload all supporting documents

• Manage offboarding


• Maintain accurate records of all earnings codes and deduction codes


• Approve Paylocity changes (Web Link tab)


• Notify Managers of approaching performance reviews


• Input pay raises as needed


• Annual union rate changes


• Adjust employee PTO amounts as needed


• Employment verification requests


• Communicate all employment changes to appropriate Union


• Provide HR-related legal advice
