Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent work experience.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for employee relations and guidance on HR policies and procedures.
• Support full-cycle recruitment, including posting, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating hiring.
• Administer employee benefits programs and assist with questions.
• Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HRIS.
• Assist with performance management processes, including evaluations and development planning.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Assist with leave of absence administration, accommodations, and workers' compensation processes.
• Prepare HR reports, metrics, and documentation as needed.
• Participate in policy development, implementation, and communication.
• Support organizational changes, workforce planning, and HR projects.

• Serve as a primary point of contact for employee relations matters and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.


• Support full-cycle recruitment efforts, including posting positions, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating hiring activities.


• Administer employee benefits programs and assist employees with benefit-related questions.


• Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy within HRIS and personnel systems.


• Assist with performance management processes, including evaluations, coaching, and development planning.


• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
