Kelly is seeking a Compensation Analyst in Nashville to support salary administration and stock plan management. The role requires independent judgment, collaboration with HR and management, and handling compensation data with strong Excel and analytical skills.

Location: On-Site, Nashville, TN (with flexibility)
Schedule: Core hours 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Central Time)
Pay Rate: $36.00/hour
The Compensation Analyst is responsible for supporting compensation programs, including salary administration and stock plan management, at our Nashville location. This position exercises independent judgment with minimal direction and partners with HR and management to ensure competitive and compliant pay practices. As part of our HR team, you will maintain employee compensation data, analyze market trends, and support the administration of compensation policies and procedures. Flexibility and strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills are required.
