Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic HR Generalist to join our Process Flow Technologies North America (PFTNA) HR team. Based in Quincy, IL, this role will collaborate with and support our senior HR team to drive strategic HR initiatives, support our commercial employees, and act as the first HR point of contact for non‑PFTNA employees at the Quincy site. You will play a key role in shaping the employee experience and contribute to high‑impact projects. Responsibilities
- Support the full employee lifecycle by partnering with leaders and employees from recruitment and onboarding through development, engagement, performance management, career growth, and offboarding, ensuring each stage reflects our culture and values.
- Design, implement, and continuously enhance on‑site employee engagement programs and communication strategies in partnership with leadership and the senior HR team.
- Plan and execute on‑site and off‑site events, oversee community partnerships and charitable efforts, and facilitate employee engagement committees to drive participation, strengthen culture, and boost morale.
- Process payroll transactions and one‑off or recurring payments within UKG, aligned with payroll schedules, approvals, and internal controls.
- Coordinate end‑to‑end offboarding activities for exiting team members, ensuring timely, accurate, and respectful execution in compliance with company policy and legal requirements.
- Act as employee advocate through effective employee relations, counseling management and employees on policies and procedures.
- Provide guidance and participation in performance improvement processes and employee issues, concerns, or complaints.
Recruitment
- Manage onboarding process including pre‑employment testing, new hire paperwork, orientation, and HRIS entry.
HRIS
- Maintain the SuccessFactors Human Resources Information System employee database and related files.
Communication/Training
- Deploy HR plans, processes, programs and policies aligned with business objectives, including goal alignment, performance management, employee engagement, and on‑site communications.
Employee Relations
- Collaborate with leadership, hiring managers, and the senior HR team to deliver effective onboarding experiences, share best practices, and address critical workforce needs and employee relations issues.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, system utilization, and cross‑functional workflows, partnering with stakeholders to drive standardization and operational efficiency.
- Partner with Shared Services teams as needed for employee support and compliance.
Benefits
- Assist employees with benefits issues, annual open enrollment, and wellness on‑site screenings.
Safety
- Ensure EHS compliance requirements are met, including submission of Workers’ Comp claims.
- Partner with onsite EHS and facilities.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Human Resources.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self‑motivated and reliable, able to work independently to prioritize and pivot to meet changing needs and collaborate effectively.
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Preferences
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- SHRM‑CP or SHRM‑SP is a plus.
- SAP SuccessFactors experience preferred.
Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements
- This position will be based in Quincy, IL, with minimal anticipated travel.
Pay Range
$60,000–$80,000 annually.
