Job summary

Gilder Search Group is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to provide comprehensive HR support for a manufacturing operation in Lebanon. This position will serve as a trusted first point of contact for employee questions and workplace matters while supporting a broad range of HR functions. The HR Generalist will be responsible for employee relations, payroll and timekeeping, HRIS/SAP transactions, benefits administration, recruiting and onboarding, leave administration, employee engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, service-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, regulated manufacturing environment.

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of Human Resources experience.
