Summary
The HR Generalist supports daily HR operations, employee relations, policy administration, and HR initiatives. The role requires tactical HR expertise, a proactive mindset, and a desire to grow in HR.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment.
- Assist in onboarding new hires.
- Serve as a point of contact for workplace issues.
- Model company culture daily.
- Support benefits enrollment and inquiries.
- Process monthly benefit invoices accurately.
- Monitor employment law updates.
- Maintain employee records in compliance.
- Administer performance review processes.
- Guide managers on performance management.
- Update HR processes and procedures.
- Respond to employee policy inquiries.
- Manage employee data in HRIS.
- Analyze HR data and prepare reports.
- Assist with HR projects and initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- 2–4 years HR generalist experience.
- Certifications: PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP.
- Understanding of HR laws and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- HRIS experience is a plus.
