Summary

The HR Generalist supports daily HR operations, employee relations, policy administration, and HR initiatives. The role requires tactical HR expertise, a proactive mindset, and a desire to grow in HR.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage full-cycle recruitment.
2. Assist in onboarding new hires.
3. Serve as a point of contact for workplace issues.
4. Model company culture daily.
5. Support benefits enrollment and inquiries.
6. Process monthly benefit invoices accurately.
7. Monitor employment law updates.
8. Maintain employee records in compliance.
9. Administer performance review processes.
10. Guide managers on performance management.
11. Update HR processes and procedures.
12. Respond to employee policy inquiries.
13. Manage employee data in HRIS.
14. Analyze HR data and prepare reports.
15. Assist with HR projects and initiatives.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
2. 2–4 years HR generalist experience.
3. Certifications: PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP.
4. Understanding of HR laws and regulations.
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
6. Ability to handle sensitive information.
7. Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office.
8. Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
9. HRIS experience is a plus.
