Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join their client’s dynamic team in California. This full-time, in-office role requires proficiency in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll coordination, and HR compliance.

The successful candidate will handle full-cycle recruitment, policy development, onboarding, benefits coordination, and records management, while maintaining confidentiality and ensuring adherence to state and federal regulations, including

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field.
• 1–2 years of human resources experience.
• Experience with payroll systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook).
• PHR or SHRM certification preferred.

Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join their client's dynamic team. This role requires an individual who is well-versed in various HR functions and can contribute effectively to the company's HR strategies. The position is full-time and based in the office.

Responsibilities

• Managing the full-cycle recruitment process including job postings, candidate screening, and interviewing.
• Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals.
• Handling employee relations issues with sensitivity and confidentiality.
• Conducting new hire orientations and coordinating onboarding processes.
• Ensuring compliance with state and federal employment regulations and OSHA regulations.
• Maintaining and managing personnel records and compliance documentation.
• Facilitating performance review processes and providing guidance to managers.
• Coordinating and managing payroll processes and benefits administration.
• Monitoring and maintaining HR systems, including payroll systems.
• Providing support and advice to employees on HR-related queries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field.
• 1-2 years of human resources experience.
• Experience with payroll systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook).
• PHR or SHRM certification preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of the human resources field.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Understanding of state and federal employment regulations and compliance.
• Awareness of OSHA regulations and compliance.

Required Work Hours

The HR Generalist is a full-time in-office position. Company hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
