Job summary

Abrisa Industrial Glass, Inc. is seeking an HR & Accounting Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR and Accounting departments in a manufacturing setting.

The role focuses on accounting duties including accounts payable/receivable, payroll support, reconciliations, and general ledger activities, while also handling HR records, onboarding, and benefits administration. Qualifications

• Accounting/bookkeeping experience in a manufacturing setting preferred.
• Experience with AP/AR, payroll support, and reconciliations.
• Strong Excel skills and proficiency with Word/Outlook.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Process and maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Assist with payroll postings and reconciliations.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Maintain HR employee records and onboarding tasks.
• Assist with recruiting and applicant records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls.
